Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Iron Insurance Associates and adding a Customer Success Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on underwriting files issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
