Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Rochester, NY)

Nova West Energy is an energy provider in Rochester focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on service connections issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
