Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Reno, NV)

Harborlight Keystone Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Reno region. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on meter readings issues. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
