Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Reno, NV)

Clearpath Pine Financial Group is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Reno. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on customer onboarding issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
