Customer Success Manager - onboarding (remote)

Ironwood Thistle Insurance is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 501 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on underwriting files issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
