Customer Success Manager - onboarding (remote)

Redstone Meadow Staffing Group places workers with employers around Portland. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on candidate screening issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
