Customer Success Manager - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Beacon Staffing is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on retention issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
