Customer Success Manager - onboarding (remote)

Bright Quarry Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around El Paso. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on meter readings issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
