Customer Success Manager - onboarding (remote)

Rivermark Logistics sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Toledo, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on claims issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
