Customer Success Manager - onboarding (remote)

Nova Ember Markets Partners operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on online orders issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
