Customer Success Manager - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Nest Markets Group and adding a Customer Success Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on promotions issues. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
