Customer Success Manager - onboarding (remote)

Amberfield Kestrel Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Pittsburgh, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on store inventory issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
