Customer Success Manager - onboarding (remote)

Summit Birch Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Indianapolis, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on outage response issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
