Customer Success Manager - onboarding (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Wichita. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on branch operations issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
