Customer Success Manager - onboarding (remote)

Harborlight Yarrow Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Knoxville, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on deposit accounts issues. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
