Customer Success Manager - onboarding (remote)

Silverline Pine Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on pricing issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
