Customer Success Manager - onboarding (remote)

Amberfield Vale Staffing is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on onboarding issues. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
