Customer Success Manager - onboarding (remote)

Bright Drift Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around New Orleans. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on billing disputes issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
