Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Providence, RI)

Stonegate Lantern Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Providence, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Providence. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on promotions issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
