Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Vista Staffing and adding a Customer Success Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on temp assignments issues. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
