Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Phoenix, AZ)

Amberfield Bright Markets is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on pricing issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
