Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Granite Financial serves customers across Orlando with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on payment disputes issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
