Customer Success Manager - onboarding (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Cross Banking Services is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 626 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on deposit accounts issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
