Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Bright Financial is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Miami. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on account servicing issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
