Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Memphis, TN)

Foxglove Ember Markets Partners is a Memphis retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on shrink and waste issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
