Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Louisville, KY)

Bright Rook Markets is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on store inventory issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
