Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Ironwood River Staffing Partners places workers with employers around Kansas City. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on client orders issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
