Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Iron Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Jackson, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on catastrophe response issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
