Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Indianapolis, IN)

Bluepeak Sable Staffing is a Indianapolis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on temp assignments issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
