Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Indianapolis, IN)

Fernwood West Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 856 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on outage response issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
