Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Grand Rapids, MI)

Silverline Clear Energy is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on usage data issues. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
