Customer Success Manager - onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Bright Forge Energy delivers power and gas plans across the El Paso region. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on service connections issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
