Customer Success Manager - onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Beacon Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around El Paso with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on store inventory issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
