Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Detroit, MI)

Lumen Bright Staffing is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on client orders issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
