Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Detroit, MI)

Bluepeak Thistle Insurance is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on catastrophe response issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
