Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Columbus, OH)

Westbrook Birch Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Columbus. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on outage response issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
