Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

Cedar Junction Insurance is an insurance company in Colorado Springs with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on policy renewals issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
