Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

Stonegate Granite Markets Group is a Colorado Springs retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on pricing issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
