Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Haven Insurance is an insurance company in Charlotte with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on catastrophe response issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
