Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Charlotte, NC)

Summit Corner Insurance is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on underwriting files issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
