Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Birmingham, AL)

Highbridge Wren Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Birmingham. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 510 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on meter readings issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
