Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

Westbrook Ember Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Baltimore, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on pricing issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
