Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Keystone Energy is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on onboarding for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on hardship programmes issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
