Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Atlanta, GA)

Bluepeak Keystone Energy Partners is an energy provider in Atlanta focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on hardship programmes issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
