Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Fernwood River Financial and adding a Customer Success Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on vendor spend issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
