Customer Success Manager - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Fernwood Wren Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Albuquerque, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our onboarding. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on service connections issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
