Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Granite Financial serves customers across Wichita with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on escalation handling. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on loan applications issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
