Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Vista Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Tucson. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on escalation handling. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on customer onboarding issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
