Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (San Jose, CA)

Summit Timber Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around San Jose. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on escalation handling. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on promotions issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
