Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (remote)

Bluepeak North Staffing Group is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on escalation handling for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on retention issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
